After the presentation, we design the desired covering at the table based on the wishes, requirements and possibilities in your environment. If you agree, all parts are custom made in our own factory. In consultation with you, all fixings are installed exactly to size and according to your wishes. After this installation, the entire system is measured in 3D. After 3D measurement, the membrane is force-balanced and pre-formed in shape, which we call final engineering. This gives the membrane cover the aerodynamic effect (preformed and homogeneous stiffness). From there, the cutting plan is created, which is lasered into panels in the correct color via our laser cutter and ultimately manufactured by craftsmanship, leading to the most important part of the Texstyle roof, the membrane.
